Tidewater Volleyball Association is a non-profit organization offering indoor volleyball at it`s 5 court indoor facility and beach volleyball at the Virginia Beach Oceanfront. Host of the Big Money Tournament Series, the Coastal Edge ECSC Volleyball Tournament and a couple of other beach tournaments throughout the summer, TVA is excited to continue to grow its program to serve players from the greater Hampton Roads area to players from all over the East Coast, from Florida up to New York! Our ball of choice is the WILSON AVP Ball and we award prizes to 1st and 2nd place in all divisions. We look forward to having you compete at Tidewater Volleyball Association!

Fees

OPEN - $75 per player

AA - $50 per player

A - $40

BB/B - $30 per player

Juniors 3's Divisions - $20 per player (Saturday ONLY)

Juniors 2's Divisions - $40 per player (Sunday ONLY)


ALL OPEN PLAYERS MUST REGISTER BY 11:45 PM THURSDAY(6/13) BEFORE THE EVENT.  NO WALK UP OR LATE REGISTRATION WILL BE ACCEPTED
  - OPEN Check-in 6:45am - 7:30am with play starting at 8:00am.  ALL players must be checked in by 7:30am to play.  NO EXCEPTIONS!

ALL SUNDAY JUNIORS PLAYERS MUST REGISTER BY 11:45 PM THURSDAY(6/13) BEFORE THE EVENT.  NO WALK UP OR LATE REGISTRATION WILL BE ACCEPTED

**All other players must be checked in, registered and paid in full on our website by 8:30 A.M. day of the tournament to play. NO EXCEPTIONS!


Check-in and Walk-up/Late registration will open at 7:45am and close @ 8:30am - Play starts at 9:00am

 - There will be a late registration fee of $10 for all walk-ups.
All players will have to register and pay online before this time (if you "walk up" and/or are paying with cash you will still have to register online)

    An AVP America membership is required for all players also, this must be purchased through AVP America prior to tournament start time as it is NO longer offered through TVA.   AVP Membership

    2nd - $2,000
    3rd - $1,500
    5th - $750
    7th - $500


    Other Info

    AVP America membership fees will be used to fund the $40,000 Grand Prix for all same sex & coed divisions, a National Ranking System, end of season championships and insurance coverage.

    Directions:
    Take I-264 East to the Birdneck exit. Bear RIGHT off of the exit onto Birdneck Road. Turn LEFT onto Norfolk Avenue and follow it down until it becomes 9th Street. There is some free parking on the side of the street, but there is also a parking garage on the right on 9th Street, between Pacific and Atlantic Avenue. Take the alley on 9th Street in between the hotels and arrive at the 9th Street Stairs on the Virginia Beach Oceanfront Boardwalk, where you will be greeted by a TVA Registration Tent and Staff!
