How to Register: Online Registration: ALL TEAMS MUST PRE-REGISTER!!! No Walk ons.
Times: Saturday: check in at 9 am, start play at 9:30-10 am.
COURT ASSIGNMENTS WILL BE POSTED FRIDAY NIGHT
Teams still need to check in so we know all nets are full
If your team registered and cannot make it please send a text to 631-3555-1293 even if it is Saturday morning
Site: Cedar Beach, Babylon, NY
Divisions: Competitive and recreational Coed 6s, 4s (any gender from 4 males to 4 females)
Sun: No play on Sunday.
Prizes: awarded to top 2 teams in each division
Format: Pool play, followed by single elimination playoffs. Teams will be seeded based on their league records. Pools will be designed to match up teams from different leagues and nights allowing everyone to play new teams.
Fees: FREE: NO Charge for EEVB league teams. Teams from other Volley America leagues should have their organizer contact EEVB.
$1,000 Costume Contest:
All teams in costume will have their name entered into a raffle.
TOP 5 TEAMS WILL WIN $200/team
Drawing will be held approximately 6 pm
ALL TEAMS IN THAT LET US KNOW IN ADVANCE THEY WILL BE IN COSTUME WILL RECEIVE COURT ASSIGNMENTS AS CLOSE TO BEACH HUT AS POSSIBLE.
Teams not in costume will take their chances on court placement

NationalMemberships: Volley America membership required for all players: $15/player ($20 if done at the beach). All memberships run from 1/1 to 12/31 of the calendar year. membership fees will be used to fund $25,000 Grand Prix for all same sex divisions, National Ranking System, end of season championships and insurance coverage.
Directions: Ocean Pkwy between Robert Moses Causeway and Wantagh Pkwy (Jones Beach). Use Southern State Pkwy to access causeway or Wantagh Pkwy to Ocean Pkwy to beach; Parking is free but their will be a lot of players for this event. PLEASE CARPOOL
From East, take Sunrise Hwy to Robert Moses Causeway. Make right (head west) over drawer bridge on Ocean Parkway towards Jones Beach. Beach is 5 miles from bridge on your left.
From NYC: Long Island Expressway (Rt. 495) east to Northern State east to Meadowbrook Pkwy south towards Jones Beach. Meadowbrook Pkwy changes into the Ocean Parkway and heads east. Go past large water tower in middle of parkway 8 miles to Cedar Beach on your right.
TRAIN: LIRR to Wantagh, then take cab to Cedar Beach (please check with cab ahead of time for exact fee)
Saturday Night Players’ Party: At The Beach Hut onsite next to the tournament starting at 6 pm. All players receive 2 complimentary beers and a $5 food voucher.
