Hyden Beach wants to provide the upmost service to our players and guests. To do this, we ask that you please arrive on time for registration so the first games can begin promptly. Anyone who is late to start the first match, will receive point deductions.
We apologize for the inconvenience, but Hyden Beach will not allow walk-up registrations for our formal tournaments. Please ensure you register by the Thursday night before the tournament start date.
If the tournament director believes a player is playing in a division above or below your capabilities, they have the right to move that player into another division.
Tournaments will follow USAV Beach Volleyball Rules.
Tournaments Cancellation Policy: Team cancellations that occur from the time registration is first paid online until two days prior to an event will be refunded 100% of the registration fee (e.g. cancel before midnight on Wednesday before the said tournament that is held on a Saturday). Teams that cancel after that point will forfeit their entire registration payment. Exception to policy is when there are not enough teams in the registered division to field a complete pool. If this occurs, teams in the division that does not make a complete pool will be offered a refund. Any questions on this policy or its application should be addressed to info@hydenbeach.com.
Tournament cancellations can occur when there is significant inclement weather (lightning) that will last greater than two hours and/or heavy rainfall lasting longer than two hours. This call is at the discretion of the tournament director.
The Tournament Director has the discretion to temporarily suspend all play as well as clear the courts for any reason they deem appropriate.
