The AVPFirst Austin Gold is a one of 17 direct bid earning events into the AVPFirst National Championship. The AVPFirst Gold Events have been designed to create a "junior AVP tour" for females. They will be played alongside the AVP Pro Tour event with the final of each division scheduled on stadium court.

 

Please note entries for this event will close 4 weeks prior to the event.  There are a limited number of spaces available.  Final participants will be chosen after entries close and each teams' entry points are calculated by totaling the seed points of both players. These points will then be sorted into ranking order. 

 

The 18U division will have 20 teams, the top 15 teams will be admitted to the tournament by seeding points, 2 teams admitted through AVP Academy's wildcards, and 3 teams admitted through AVP America's wildcards.

 

The 16U division will have 20 teams, the top 15 teams will be admitted to the tournament by seeding points, 2 teams admitted through AVP Academy's wildcards, and 3 teams admitted through AVP America's wildcards.

 

The 14u division will have 15 teams, the top 10 teams will be admitted to the tournament by seeding points, 2 teams admitted through AVP Academy's wildcards, and 3 teams admitted through AVP America's wildcards.

**Any teams who do not gain a position in the tournament will have their entry fee refunded.
