No Open Divisions at this event! Please join us at the Greenhead Open in Brigantine for Men's/Women's Open. 

This is a FLYAWAY Tournament for Juniors! 

Junior Nationals will have 2 levels in girls 14U, 16U & 18U:

  • Open- must be awarded a bid to play

  • Club- Open to all players

Bids are NOT required for ALL Boys (16u,18u) and Girls 12U(one level) divisions


  • Bid Tournament - winners will be given a bid to play in Nationals (applies to Girls 14U, 16U &18U only)

    • 5+ teams- 1st place earns bid

    • 8+ teams- 1st & 2nd place earns bids

    • 12+ teams- 1st, 2nd & 3rd place teams earn bids

    • 20+ teams- 1st, 2nd, 3rd & 5th place teams earn bids

  • Flyaway Event- IN ADDITION to the above bid awards, this event will include:

    • A trip is awarded for the first place teams in Girls, 12U, 14U, 16U & 18U and Boys 18U & 16U divisions. The trip includes:

      • Team (of 2) entry into the VA Jr. Nationals Tournament

      • Lodging reimbursement for $200 per team at the host hotel (Showboat)

    • Each division MUST have a minimum of 6 teams, in order to receive the trip

Flyaway winner details:

      • Team (of 2) entry into the VA Jr. Nationals Tournament

      • Lodging reimbursement for $200 per team at the host hotel (Showboat)


 Saturday: Men`s and Women`s 2s AA, A, B

 Sunday: Coed 2s AA, A, B, Junior Boys & Girls - 18U, 16U, 14U, 12U

Sunday: 8:30-9:00AM

Any team arriving after check in closes may be charged a $10 late fee and is not guaranteed a spot in the event. Refunds will only be given in the event the tournament is canceled prior to the start of the event. No exceptions.


All fees are per team.

Entry fees do not include parking or beach access fees.

Men`s, Women`s, Coed, Juniors:

Early Bird (before midnight Tuesday)-$65

Pre-Registered (midnight Tuesday until 3PM Friday)-$70

Walk On (at the event)-$75

Entry fee includes a tournament t-shirt and fruit and water in our Players` Tent (while supplies last)!


All other divisions: GAV/Sponsor Merchandise Prizes (apparel, sunglasses, sandsocks, backpacks, etc.) to 1st, 2nd, and two 3rds



  • Please notify GAV by emailing info@greatamericanvolleyball prior to the start of the event if you are registered for the tournament but do not plan to play. Any 'no shows' will be required to pay the walk-on fee at the next tournament.

  • Refunds will not be issued for 'no shows' unless prior notification is given.

  • Men's and women's teams must play in the men's/women's divisions respectively. Coed teams must play in the coed divisions.

A current Volley America membership is required to register for the event. Go to to see if your membership is current. Memberships are valid for 365 from the date of purchase.
