Welcome to Camp!:
Take your skills to the next level and bring your A game to tryouts in the fall! Our group of experienced high school and college coaches will be teaching advanced skills of volleyball including:

Serving:
Topspin, Float, Jump Top, Jump Float

Passing:
Advanced platform passing, angles and ball control, serve receive with overhead receive

Defense:
Block coverage and block shadow, advanced reading, perimeter and hybrid defenses

Offense:
Advanced setting and play running, and advanced offensive play

Intangibles:
Positional development, leadership, advanced tactical and technical skills.

Time:
The camp will run Monday August 7th through Thursday August 10th. Friday August 11th will be used as a rain out date if needed. Camp starts promptly at 10AM and ends at 5PM. Camp coaches can make arrangements for earlier drop offs/later pickups with advanced notification in some instances. Please contact me if this is a need.

Legal: Cancellation:
Cancellation policy: Sticks will only cancel camp if there is lightning. Camp Director will have a lightning indicator on site to call camp in the event that lightning is detected in the area. Camp attendees will be sent indoors in the event this occurs. Parents will be contacted and will be expected to pick up attendees in a timely manner.

Legal: Refund Policy:
Refund policy: Friday August 11th will be a rain out date in the event that more than 4 hours of one day is cancelled due to inclement weather. In the event that there is more than one day as described above that is cancelled due to inclement weather, refunds will be issued for only the days cancelled. - Refunds will be permitted in cases where proper medical documentation is provided demonstrating illness or injury preventing the camper from participating in the camp. There will be a $100 administrative fee deducted from the refund for this refund. No other refunds will be issued. Please send me questions about any refunds.

What to Bring:
lunch (food will not be provided but Sticks Tavern will have food available for sale), Sunscreen, towels, water or other beverages to hydrate (Sticks Tavern will also have these available for sale), hat, sunglasses, sand socks. Come dressed in appropriate volleyball attire.

Legal: Medical Forms:
Campers will need to provide a physical, a medical release, and emergency contacts. Forms will be available via email. Please contact me so that I may send you the forms.
