• All Divisions: check-in 9 am, play starts at 9:30 am

Saturday: Men's AA, A & B, Women's AA, A, & B

• AA: Highest level at this event, for skilled players
• A: Intermediate level
• B: Novice: new to doubles tournaments

 $10 late fee for teams paying after 6 pm Friday

REFUNDS: All refunds will be subjected to a transaction fee that covers the costs we are charged for each amount processed by the credit card processing charge. Please note that on a refund they charge both ways, paying the fee and then charging back the refund. NO REFUNDS after Thursday Midnight.

• Men's & Women's AA & A: Flyaway Vouchers (vouchers can be redeemed at AVP Open Beach Nationals)
  • 1st: $200/team
  • 2nd: $100/team
  • 3rd: Merch prizes from EEVB & Sponsors
• All Other Divisions: Merchandise from EEVB & EEVB Sponsors for 1st, 2nd & 3rd place teams

Free parking at the lot on W Broadway between Lafayette and Laurelton, free parking on streets as well

• Volleyball: We do not provide game or practice balls (preferably Wilson)
• Tent/Shade: We do not provide or rent tents. You can rent umbrellas and chairs from Beach Comfort
• Food: There are many great local restaurants in Long Beach to order or pick up from, including food trucks located on Riverside Blvd between Broadway and the boardwalk
• Water/Water Bottle: We will try to have a water refill station most days, but bring plenty of water, especially on hot days

Silver Membership required for all players. Memberships are $25/year.

All memberships run for a year from the time of purchase. Members can log in using their ID number and password to see if membership is active or expired.

Everyone, ages 13 & up, is required to have a beach pass in order to access the beach.

Passes can now be purchased online and accessed through your smartphone

Day Pass

• Regular day passes can be purchased for $15 at any beach access ramp.
• Passes can be obtained for $10/pass through EEVB if reserved by Thursday at 12 pm.
