Rain Date for the iCan Shine Fundraiser (let's pray for better weather!)
This year, we are fundraising for iCan Shine. iCan Shine is an international charitable nonprofit organization that began in 2007. Their goal is to teach individuals with disabilities to perform fun physical activities independently and in doing so, help these individuals gain more independence, assurance, and self-reliance in other aspects of their lives. Starting with teaching people with disabilities to ride conventional two-wheel bicycles independently (iCan Bike), iCan Shine recently branched out to swim and dance!
We have volunteered with iCan Bike in 2014 and we saw the positive impact that just learning how to ride a bike can bring to kids. Although we aren't there to teach these kids how to bike, swim, or dance this year, we hope to do our part and raise as much as we can to help with the organization's expenses. Who knows? Maybe in the future, iCan Shine can make an iCan Play Volleyball program!
WE WILL BE ACCEPTING ADDITIONAL DONATIONS FOR ICAN SHINE AT THE EVENT!

DAILY EVENT SCHEDULE

06:00PM Approximate Tournament End Time (some may finish sooner)
Entry Fee (pay online w/ small additional fee, or venmo to slam-volleyball, or mail in a check)
$60 Adult RCO - OPEN, AA, A, BB, B (prizes to top finishers in all playoff brackets)
(Juniors are allowed to play with the adults! Start in B unless you are a strong varsity player, then start in BB.)
*** CASH PRIZE FOR OPEN. 75% PAYOUT ***
($10 late fee applies to any team not paid by end of Thursday before the event)
All teams are guaranteed 120 points in pool play and all teams make playoffs (different brackets).
We need a minimum of 4 teams to run a division.
If we have less than 4 teams we will merge with another division.
