We have set up the schedule so the girls can play in two age divisions, except for our 18's, but they can chose to also enter the Women's AVP Open on Sunday if they want to get an additional tournament in.

The top two teams qualify for East Coast Championships in Clearwater Beach, Florida over Thanksgiving break!

For AVP the cutoff is your age as of August 31st, 2022. Bid winners are allowed to carry their bid up an age level with them for the ECC event.

No trickle down for AVP America bids.

AVP will load the bid winners and emails will be sent to teams shortly after each bid tournament.

One time out per team.

Technical always at 21, even in games to 28. No tech in games to 15.

Ref team will keep live score on Volleyball Life platform so please have access/log in to a device to be able to do so.

Coaches must be registered with AVP and have a current AVP season pass to coach.

Email proper credentials before the tournament starts to be able to coach.

Coaches may coach during timeouts and walk and talk on side changes.

Open registration ($100) until midnight July 10th, with Late registration ($120) running July 11th through 9pm on July 14th.

Centerline Beach is an 11 court facility with a bar and grill. Typically the facility will allow the girls to have their personal size water/gatorade jugs to take to their courts but no big drink/food coolers allowed. We are renting these courts and ask that you help to support the facility while you are there. https://centerlinevolleyball.com/

Outdoor tournaments will only be cancelled in the unlikely event of heavy thunderstorms resulting in lightening and day-long unplayable conditions. Scherf will email during the week with weather info if things look questionable. The event may be altered to run more quickly if bad weather is imminent.
