Saturday Divisions

Times/Divisions:

We have 3 courts per session at this site. For Saturday, we are offering 2 divisions per session, which will be split on 3 courts. We hope to have up to 10 teams in one division and 5 teams in the other. We may consider taking 6-7 in each division on separate courts and then use rotate 3rd court between the 2 divisions.

We will decide based on early registration. If you are planning to play, please register early. If you are not the first 5 teams, you can hold off payment for this event until we see how many teams we have. Teams will be accepted to play based on when they register. This includes any teams we take off the waiting list so get your registration in early.

On Sunday we have offered 3 divisions for early and late sessions. We will follow similar policies listed above. The first 2 divisions that get at least 5 teams will reserve a court for that division. We will designate the 3rd court based on remaining teams and divisions registered.

• Pools and brackets will be posted online. Report to your court at start time. Check-in 30 mins prior to start time.
• Men's & Women's A: Early Session - 8:00am - 12:00pm
• Men's & Women's AA: Late Session: 12:30pm - 6:30pm
• ALL DIVISIONS MUST PRE-REGISTER & PRE-PAY
• Sunday: Coed AA & A, Girls 18U, 16U, 14u & 12U - REGISTER HERE

Prizes: 

• All Saturday Divisions: 50% of entry fees returned as prize money: 1st: 50%, 2nd: 30%, 3rd: 10% (two 3rds). Cashback is based on early bird $70 entry fee which equals $35/team in a division given back as prize money.
  

Fees: All Divisions:

•     Early Bird Fee: $70/team paid by Tuesday
•     Regular Fee: $80/team paid by Friday at 6 pm
  
• $10 Late Fee for teams that pay after Friday at 6 pm
• NO REFUNDS after Thursday Midnight. Must notify us via email to mary.eevb@gmail.com. Not texts, or FB messages to EEVB or staff

Tournament Rules & Procedures

All Players MUST have an active Silver AVP Membership

AVP Membership is required for all players. Silver memberships are $25 and must be completed online prior to the day of the event. All memberships run for 365 days from the time of purchase. Members can log in using their ID number to see if membership is active or inactive.
