16-AND-UNDER DIVISION: Players who were born on or after September 1, 2005
14-AND-UNDER DIVISION: Players who were born on or after September 1, 2007
12-AND-UNDER DIVISION: Players who were born on or after September 1, 2009

Bids to the AVP America West Coast Championship (November 13-14 in Huntington Beach, CA) AND East Coast Championship (November 26-28 in Clearwater Beach, FL) are awarded to 1st place finishers (in age divisions with a minimum of 5 teams)
