By registering for this beach volleyball event you understand that you must follow all DHEC guidelines for Safety and Sanitation. Furthermore, you acknowledge the contagious nature of the Coronavirus/COVID-19 and that the CDC and many other public health authorities still recommend practicing social distancing.

You acknowledge the Myrtle Beach Volleyball has put in place preventative measures and guidelines to reduce the spread of the Coronavirus/COVID-19.

You further acknowledge that Myrtle Beach Volleyball cannot guarantee that you will not become infected with the Coronavirus/COVID-19. You understand that the risk of becoming exposed to and/or infected by the Coronavirus/COVID-19 may result from the actions, omissions, or negligence of myself or others, including players, parents, spectators, and anyone else who may be in the vicinity of this event.
