Check in Updates:

  1. 18U Girls - check in at 7:00am, no later than 7:15am to start playing at 7:45am
  2. 14U Girls & KOB Coed B - check in at 11:30am, no later than 11:45am; to start playing at 12:15pm

Registration Process:

  • Obtain an AVP membership for $24 (if the player(s) do not currently have the membership) on https://avp.com/membership/ and associate membership with Nona Sports Club and Organization. Nona Sports can assist you obtaining the AVP membership for $6 service fee.
  • Submit the fee via Zelle to 407-234-0323 or CashAPP to $NonaSports with the "Player's Name" and "Tournament Date" description on the transaction.
    • Fees & Registration dates:
      • Early bird tournament fee - $70/Team ($35/Player) and must be received no later than 6:00pm EST on the Wednesday prior to the scheduled tournament.
      • Tournament fee after "early bird" and before 12:00pm EST on the Friday prior to scheduled tournament - $90/Team ($45/Player).
      • After 12:00pm EST on the Friday prior to scheduled tournament, $110/Team ($55/Player) and additional fees may incur as consider appropriate by the organization.
  • Submit the Player Release Liability Form below:

Tournament Format & Wave Times:

  • The tournament format is a Pool Play, leading to single elimination Brackets
    • Pool play is one game to 15, 21, 25 or 28 points; win by 2 points, capped to either 18, 24, 28 or 31 points, respectively
    • Brackets is one game to 21 points; win by 2 points, capped at 24 points
  • A minimum of 4 teams is required per category to maintain such category.  If there are 3 teams or less, the category will be merge with another available category. (This is done to the discretion of the organization and it is subject to change)
  • Wave Times (subject to change):
    • Check-In from 7:00am to 7:15am; planned starting playing time at 7:45am 
    • Check-In from 11:15 to 11:30am; planned starting playing time at 12:00pm 
    • Check-In from 2:15pm to 2:30pm; planned starting playing time at 3:00pm 
    • Check in times are scheduled to released on this page by 3:00pm, no later than 6:00pm EST on the Friday prior to scheduled tournament
  • Prices awarded to the winners in each category
    • Girls 14U & 18U winners received half off the tournament entry fee of the Nona Sports May 22nd beach volleyball tournament.
    • Men's A KOB
      • 1st place, The King, receives the free tournament entry fee of the Nona Sports May 22nd beach volleyball tournament.
      • 2nd place, Le King,  half off the tournament entry fee of the Nona Sports May 22nd beach volleyball tournament.

      Parking, Speed Limit & Additional Information:

      • Please parallel park (Westbound) on the parallel parking available adjacent to East Lake, or parallel park (Eastbound) on the parallel parking available adjacent to the Tennis Courts, and/or parallel park (Eastbound) on the parallel parking adjacent to the Basketball Courts.
        • ***ABSOLUTELTY NO PARKING AT VILLA AT EAST PARK TOWNHOMES***
        • ***ABSOLUTELY NO PARKING ON LANE DISTRICT LANE***
      • PLEASE ABIDE BY THE 25 MPH SPEED LIMIT OF LANE DISTRICT LANE. 

      Refund Policy and Weather Conditions:

      1. No refunds available after 6:00pm EST on the Wednesday before the scheduled tournament.
      2. Tournament will not be cancelled if it rains.  If the presence of lighting is detected play will stop and the tournament is expected to be delayed.
      3. The organization will monitor and evaluate the weather until 6:00pm EST the Friday prior of the Saturday scheduled tournament and will determined by then if the scheduled tournament will be cancelled.

      COVID Guidelines:

      1. Players and Spectators are to maintain social distances whenever possible.
      2. Spectators are to set up canopies with 6 feet of distance or more.
      3. If the Players and/or Spectators have experienced, within the past 14 days, or are experiencing any COVID-19 symptoms, please do not participate in this event.  Let's be SAFE for your and OTHERS. (The tournament fee will be credited for the next available Nona Sports tournament)
      4. Please bring hand sanitizer to be used often during the event.
      5. Please bring your face masks to be utilized whenever social distance is not possible.
      6. No more than two spectators permitted per player.
