ALL TEAMS MUST PRE-PAY BY WEDNESDAY MIDNIGHT

This event will fill up. All teams must be prepaid so that we can make sure every team will show up. Pool sheets will be made up on Friday. Al teams should arrive on time Saturday morning because we will be ready to start on time: 8:30 first serve for open divisions, 9:15 for other divisions

 

 

 

Sat. Men & Women's Open Divisions: Qualifier for Big Shot Championships in AC (9/17-18/16)

Sunday: New England Junior Regional Championships

• Winners of Girls 16U & 14U divisions will win bids to the Volley America Junior Nationals in Point Pleasant, NJ on Aug 6-7

• Bid includes: free entry + $200/player for travel expenses

• Saturday: Open divisions 8 am, other divisions 8:30 am

• Sunday: 9 - 9:30 am for all divisions, MO & WO Semifinals & Finals may be played on Sunday

Notes:

• Divisions with less than 8 teams may be merged with other divisions at tournament director`s discretion
• Merged divisions will still have playoffs for championship pool pts. MO, MAA, MA, MB, WO, WAA, WA, WB receive EEVB Volley America Grand Prix Pts
• Prizes awarded to top 4 teams in each division (3 teams in divisions with less than 8 teams)

• MO: $1,500 + AC room
• WO: $1,500 + AC room
• MAA/WAA/CAA: 1st $150/team, 2nd $100/team
• Junior Bid Winners: free entry to VA Junior Nationals + $200/player travel expenses
• All Other Divisions: Merchandise prizes

Prize Money Breakdown

Fees:

• $10 late fee for any team that pays on the beach
• $100 for MO & WO
• $60 for all other divisions

Volley America Membership required for all players. $15/player ($20 if done at the beach). All memberships run from 1/1 to 12/31 of the calendar year. Membership fees will be used to fund the $40,000 Grand Prix for all same sex & coed divisions, a National Ranking System, end of season championships and insurance coverage.
