10/8/15 UPDATE: Due to combination of light registrations and another rainy Saturday, this event has been cancelled. No make-up date is scheduled. Next Master`s event will be in Spring 2016... tentative date is April 16th.

This event is specifically for those "veteran" volleyball players out there. Here is your chance to get out and compete again! THIS EVENT IS FOR PLAYERS 35 AND OVER!

Divisions offered:
Masters (Sign-up for Women`s AA, Men`s AA, or Coed AA) - Players must have a combined age of 80 or more. The youngest allowed player will be 35 if playing with someone 45 or older. This division is intended to be for those seeking the highest level of competition available at the event.

Century (Sign-up for Men`s A, Coed A) - Players must have a combined age of 100 or more. The youngest allowed player will be 35. Players can play-up in a Masters` division if seeking the highest level of competition available.

Rec - COED ONLY (Sign-up for Coed B) - This is intended for coed teams that are looking mostly for a recreational event with a little friendly competition sprinkled in. This is really for those teams that have not played in a VERY LONG time and/or simply aren`t looking to play against fairly competitive teams or stronger.

Cost:
$50/team if registering by end of Tuesday, Oct 6th
$60/team if registering Oct 7-9

(Registrants will be provided with an online payment link just before the event date. Payment at check-in will also be accepted.)

Check-in: 8:00-8:45AM
Competition Start: 9:00 AM
Competition End: 3-4PM (subject to weather and any large divisions)

Format:
Pool play followed by single elimination tournament

Minimum of 4 teams necessary or division is subject to combining with another division.

Payout: Over $1000 across all divisions depending on registration numbers
Master`s Divisions
1st - $200 (8 team minimum), $100 (4 team minimum).
2nd - Prizes such as balls, gift cards or free tournament vouchers (4 team minimum)
Century Divisions
1st - $100 (8 team minimum). $50 (4 team minimum)
2nd - Prizes such as balls, gift cards or free tournament vouchers (4 team minimum)

Volley America Membership is required for all players ($15 online).

Directions:

From Raleigh (North and East): Take I-40 to Exit 293A (US1/64-S) Take Exit 98B (US 64-W) from US1 Take the Apex/Downtown Exit from US 64-W Turn left onto N. Salem St. Take first right onto Old Jenks Rd. After passing the first stop light, the complex will be on the left. From Sanford (South): Take US-1 N to Exit 98B (US 64-W) Take the Apex/Downtown Exit from US 64-W Turn left onto N. Salem St. Take first right onto Old Jenks Rd. After passing the first stop light, the complex will be on the left. From Pittsboro (West): Take US-64 E to the Apex/Downtown Exit Turn left onto N. Salem St. which then becomes Davis Dr. At stop light for Old Jenks Rd, turn left. The complex will be on the left.
