EEVB is hosting its 2nd annual fundraising coed 6s tournament for Ethan Demmers.  Ethan is a 7 year old boy who has been diagnosed with Duchenne`s Muscular Dystrophy.  DMD is a progressive, degenerative, and ultimately fatal disease.  Typically, people with this disease live only into their 20s.  The Demmers family has taken on an active role in fighting this disease for their son and DMD patients everywhere.

Last year, we were able to raise $1,000 for Ethan.  Please help us beat that this year!  Sign up your team today and help fight DMD!

Beach Passes are required for all activities on Long Beach

You can reserve one from EEVB for $8 (normally $12 if bought at the beach pass booth) by going to the event payment site as long as you order it by Thursday midnight.

1. sending an email to mary.caulson@gmail.com by Thursday midnight.

2. Include date/event you need the pass

3. Bring the $8 fee in exact change to registration by 8:30 am tournament before the ticket booth opens. No one will be permitted on the beach without a beach pass, not even if you pre-purchased it from us. You will have to get someone with a valid pass to pick up your pass from EEVB if you arrive after the booth opens.

We do not always have enough passes for everyone and can pick up more on Fridays as long as we know how many are required. Any orders placed after Thursday may subject you to pay the full $12 price at the beach ramp booth.

You must pick it up pre-ordered passes on the beach by 8:30 am  Anyone who arrives before the booth opens must go to the booth when it opens to purchase a pass at $12. Anyone without a pass is subject to a $50 fine plus expulsion from the beach. There was such a check on Sunday June 21 and we were able to get permission for those players to just purchase a pass on the spot and not be expelled from the beach. We were informed that this is the last time this will happen.
