ALL TEAMS MUST PRE-REGISTER and then pre-pay on the link at the end of the registration process

Times/Divisions:

• 1.       We will accept up to 14 men’s open teams and who will play from 8-10 am on all 4 courts. After 10 we will go down to 2 courts for the remaining MO matches

  2.       Saturday lower division’s starts at 10 am with 2 other divisions on the 2 remaining nets: MAA or MA and WAA or WA depending on which divisions fill up first. They will play from 10 am until dark. Pool and playoff formats will be adjusted to finish before sunset.

  3.       Sunday will offer 2 coed divisions (CAA & CA) and 1 junior division (BU18). Divisions actually held will be finalized based on which divisions fills up first. We will give pre-registered teams the option to merge into a higher level division before we close out any teams.

• Please do not have friends/family bring in coolers or bags of food. The restaurant is kindly hosting our tournament at their site and they have great food and drinks so please support them! Small coolers are alright to bring in if you are playing in the tournament.
• There is a designated parking lot for players and guests to park a few hundred feet down from the restaurant and courts. Please park there since vehicles will be there all day and free up space for the guests who come and go for lunch or dinner.

• Divisions with less than 8 teams may be merged with other divisions at tournament director`s discretion
• Prizes awarded to top 4 teams in each division (3 teams in divisions with less than 8 teams)

Prize Money Breakdown

Fees:

• $10 late fee for any team that pays on the beach
• $100 for MO
• $60 for all other divisions

Volley America Membership required for all players. $15/player ($20 if done at the beach) All memberships run from 1/1 to 12/31 or the calendar year. Membership fees will be used to fund the $35,000 Grand Prix for all same sex & coed divisions, a National Ranking System, end of season championships and insurance coverage.
