Notes:

• Divisions with less than 8 teams may be merged with other divisions at tournament director`s discretion
• Merged divisions will still have playoffs for championship pool pts. MO, MAA, MA, MB, WO, WAA, WA, WB receive EEVB Volley America Grand Prix Pts
• Prizes awarded to top 4 teams in each division (3 teams in divisions with less than 8 teams)

CAA: $250

**All Men and Women Open divisions will offer a minimum
of $520 prize money based on a minimum of 10 teams in each
division. 
(Any $520 tournament with less than 10 teams will deduct $50
from the prize money total for each team under 10). The money
will be deducted from 3rd and lower prize money first, then
deducted equally between 1st $ 2nd place. Tournaments offering more than $520 prize money will have
guaranteed prize money regardless of how many teams compete

Prize Money Breakdown

Fees:

• $10 late fee for any team that pays on the beach
• $60 for all 2s divisions
• $80 for Coed 4s

Volley America Membership required for all players. $15/player ($20 if done at the beach) All memberships run from 1/1 to 12/31 or the calendar year. Membership fees will be used to fund the $35,000 Grand Prix for all same sex & coed divisions, a National Ranking System, end of season championships and insurance coverage.

Beach passes are required for all activities on Long Beach

You can reserve one from EEVB for $8 by going to the event payment site (normally $12 if bought from the beach pass booth) as long as you order it online by Thursday midnight.

To Purchase beach pass online:

1. Go to EEVB Active.com payment site

2. Select event

3. Select LB Beach Pass

4. Check out and pay the $8 fee

5. Pick up pass at registration by 8:30 am tournament before the ticket booth opens. No one will be permitted on the beach without a beach pass, not even if you pre-purchased it from us. You will have to get someone with a valid pass to pick up your pass from EEVB if you arrive after the booth opens.

We do not always have enough passes for everyone and can pick up more on Fridays as long as we know how many are required. Any orders placed after Thursday may subject you to pay the full $12 price at the beach ramp booth.

You must pick it up pre-ordered passes on the beach by 8:30 am  Anyone who arrives before the booth opens must go to the booth when it opens to purchase a pass at $12. Anyone without a pass is subject to a $50 fine plus expulsion from the beach. There was such a check on Sunday June 21 and we were able to get permission for those players to just purchase a pass on the spot and not be expelled from the beach. We were informed that this is the last time this will happen.
