Tournament Info:
Compete for a State Championship in Sand Volleyball as part of the 2015 Powerade State Games coming to the Triangle area of NC in June 2015.

REGISTRATION CLOSES AT 11:59PM, THURSDAY, JUNE 11TH OR WHEN SPACE FILLS UP, WHICHEVER IS FIRST.

6/10 UPDATE:
We have 10 courts available for this event and have the current caps in place for divisions:
Men`s Open - 6 (double elimination using 2 courts. if switching to pool play, then may be expanded to 8 teams)
Men`s AA - 12
Men`s A - 4

Women`s Open - 6 (double elimination on 2 courts. if switching to pool play, then may be expanded to 8 teams)
Women`s AA - 4
Women`s A - 4

BB divisions have been merged into A.

Cost:
$50/team by end of June 7th (T-SHIRT INCLUDED!)
After June 7th, t-shirts are not guaranteed due to lead time necessary for order/production of shirts. $50/team by end of June 7th
$60/team if registering June 8th-11th.

Late/Walk-Up Registrations (after online registration closes send an email to info@southernsandvolleyball.org) - $70/team

(Registrants will be provided with an online payment link just before the event date)

SATURDAY: Mens and Womens Divisions, Check-in: 8:00-8:45AM

Format:
Pool play followed by single elimination tournament

Minimum of 4 teams necessary or division is subject to combining with another division.

Prizes:
The Powerade State Games is an amateur competition. Medals to the top 2 teams plus product prizes/sizeable gift cards will be offered.

Volley America Membership is required for all players ($15 online).

Directions:

From Raleigh (North and East): Take I-40 to Exit 293A (US1/64-S) Take Exit 98B (US 64-W) from US1 Take the Apex/Downtown Exit from US 64-W Turn left onto N. Salem St. Take first right onto Old Jenks Rd. After passing the first stop light, the complex will be on the left. From Sanford (South): Take US-1 N to Exit 98B (US 64-W) Take the Apex/Downtown Exit from US 64-W Turn left onto N. Salem St. Take first right onto Old Jenks Rd. After passing the first stop light, the complex will be on the left. From Pittsboro (West): Take US-64 E to the Apex/Downtown Exit Turn left onto N. Salem St. which then becomes Davis Dr. At stop light for Old Jenks Rd, turn left. The complex will be on the left.
